Withdrawing your Bonus Bet
  • Your bonus amount needs to be turned over a minimum of six (6) times prior to withdrawal (turnover requirements).
  • Until such time as turnover requirements have been met, the bonus amount will be displayed in your account as a “Bonus Balance” and is your non-withdrawable bonus bet amount. This amount may be bet with, but may not be withdrawn.
  • If any bets have been placed using any part of the bonus, the bonus cannot be removed from the account (either by means of a withdrawal or a request to Customer Service) until the full turnover (wagering) requirements for the bonus have been met.
Meeting your Turnover Requirements
When placing a bet, the system will utilise your real money balance first, thereafter your bonus balance will be used. As soon as you have met the bonus turnover requirements, the bonus will be credited into your real balance, and may be withdrawn.

For example:

If you have a real balance of £25 and a bonus balance of £25, you will be required to bet a total of £150 (£25 x 6) with your bonus balance prior to withdrawal. This means that if you:
