Canbet Mobile Poker How to Play Guide
Who am I playing against?
You are playing against all the Canbet Poker members. You can join all the available tables that play for Real or Play money. You are playing with both mobile and PC client users.
I won! Where are my winnings?
All winnings are cashed out to your Canbet Poker Real money account. Just log in to My Account the next time you have access to the internet and you will find them there.
Can I get more Play Money when playing online?
From a PC, log into My Account. There you can refill your play money account twice a day.
What kind of poker can I play with the mobile poker client?
Texas Hold'em limit game: The only valid bet/raise is the current limit, for example $5 on the first two rounds in a $5-$10 Hold'em game. There may be a maximum of 4 bet/raises in a round of betting. This includes a bet, raise, re-raise and a cap.
Is it the same rake rules as when playing with the PC client?
Yes. For more information, see the poker rules page.
What happens if I receive a phone call during game play?
On most handsets this will be treated as if you lose your connection – but on some the game will continue in the background until you are done talking. See "What happens if I lose network coverage?" as well.
Are there extra costs for using the mobile client?
Your wireless operator might charge you for data transfer between your handset and the poker servers. The client uses roughly 350-900 Kb per hour of game play. Your operator might also charge you for the download. Please contact your operator for more information.
What happens if I lose network coverage?
- If a player loses connection, he/she will have an extra 30 seconds to reconnect on top of the regular time allotment for acting.
- If a player times out during a hand, whether connected or disconnected, his or her hand will be checked/folded.
- If a player is not re-connected before a hand commences, he or she will be sat out.
- If you reconnect within a short amount of time you will be able to sit in again, if not you will be removed from the table and lose your seat.

The display on my handset keeps going dark while I'm playing. Why?
Since keeping the screen lit consumes more batteries than otherwise, most handset vendors make the display dim when the user hasn't interacted pressed any keys for a while. If you are annoyed by this option, please check your handset manual for instructions of how to turn it off.
How can I make sure no one but me plays the mobile poker game?
When you run the mobile poker application it will ask you to enter a personal pin code. Do not give this pin code to anyone. Treat it as a bank card pin code.
What happens if my phone is stolen?
Canbet Poker is not liable for any losses due to misplacement or theft of personal pin codes or mobile phones. In case of theft, please contact support so that we can block mobile access to your account until further notice.
