Promotion and Competition Rules

The following rules apply to all promotions, competitions, and offers offered by Canbet Sportsbook. In addition to these rules, it is the player's responsibility to ensure that he/she familiarizes him/herself with the specific rules, terms and conditions applicable to any promotion in which he/she decides to, or is invited to, participate.

The General Terms & Conditions, General Betting Rules and Rules of Play apply to all interactions with the Sportsbook and must be read in conjunction with all relevant promotional and competition rules.

1. Participation
1.1	Promotions are only valid for the period as specified in the promotion offer communications.
1.2	For the purposes of all promotions, dates and times shall be calculated according to BST/GMT.
1.3	Where promotions are specifically addressed to an individual or a specific Sportsbook account, offers are only valid in respect of the account number as specified in the promotion notification communication, and shall not be transferable.
1.4	Players shall only be eligible to receive one Sportsbook bonus or offer per player per day; multiple bonuses shall only be issued at the discretion of the Sportsbook.
1.5	Unless specifically stated otherwise, all qualifying deposits must have been turned over (bet through) at least once (x 1), and the bets settled, before any bonus or offer specifically related to that deposit will be credited.
1.6	Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonuses will be credited within 24 hours of the provisions in 1.5 being met.
1.7	Unless specifically stated otherwise, any transfers from another product (i.e. Casino or Poker) shall not constitute a deposit and shall not qualify the player for any bonus or offer whatsoever in respect thereof.
1.8	Irregularities between the name of the Sportsbook account holder, and the name of the individual identified with the method used to make deposits, will invalidate any offers.
1.9	Players that select Great British Pound as their currency, but who do not reside in the United Kingdom, shall not be eligible to receive any bonuses.
1.10	Players that reside in the following countries shall not be eligible for promotional bonuses:
	1.10.1	The Republic of China
1.11	If at any time, it is deemed by the Sportsbook at its sole discretion, that the spirit and/or intention of the promotion, competition or offer has been violated, or there is any evidence of multiple accounts, or gamblers are considered by the Sportsbook to be professional gamblers or any other gamblers considered by the Sportsbook to be abusing bonuses, the Sportsbook retains the right to:
	1.11.1	Refuse the account the right the participate in such promotion, competition or offer; and/or
	1.11.2	Revoke the bonus and any associated winnings.
1.12	Any person who in the sole opinion of the Sportsbook deviates from a promotion's rules or from the Sportsbook general Terms and Conditions may be disqualified without notice and without liability on the part of the Sportsbook.
1.13	Employees of the Sportsbook, its proprietors and agencies, and their families, are not eligible to enter any promotion or competition offered by the Sportsbook.

2. Bonus and Free Bet Requirements
2.1	Bonus, Cash Balances and Free Bet Balances
2.11	A player's Sportsbook balance is divided into a "Cash Balance", a "Bonus Balance" and a "Free Bet Balance".
2.1.2	Any deposits made by players shall be credited to the player's Cash Balance. Subject to the provisions in clause 6, your Cash Balance may be withdrawn at any time.
2.1.3	Unless otherwise stated, all free bets issued shall be credited into a player's Sportsbook Free Bet Balance, and shall be subject to the following rules:
	2.1.3.1	Free bets are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, until they have been converted into a Cash Balance.
	2.1.3.2	Any free bets placed must be selected from the "Free Bet Menu".
	2.1.3.3	Free bets must be placed within thirty (30) days of being issued. Free bets not placed within this time frame shall be revoked.
	2.1.3.4	If successful, your free bet winnings, excluding the initial stake, shall be credited into your Bonus Balance.
2.1.4	Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses, credits, rebates, free bet winnings and prizes shall be credited into a player's Bonus Balance, and shall be subject to the following rules:
	2.1.4.1	All winnings from bets placed using funds from the Cash Balance will be added to the Cash Balance.
	2.1.4.2	All winnings from bets placed using funds from the Bonus Balance will be credited back to the Bonus Balance up to the value of the original bonus amount, less any movements from the Bonus Balance to the Cash Balance. Any excess winnings will be credited to the Cash Balance.
	2.1.4.3	Your Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn from your account.
2.2	Converting of Bonus Balance into Cash Balance
2.2.1	Unless otherwise stated, bonus amounts credited to a player's Bonus Balance are subject to six (x6) times turnover requirements, before they will be transferred into the Cash Balance, where they may be withdrawn.
2.2.2	For any bet made, the bet is placed from a player's Cash Balance first. If there is no Cash Balance available, then the bet is placed from the player's Bonus Balance. This effectively means that credits in the player's Bonus Balance are only played if there is no Cash Balance.
2.2.3	As a player meets the turnover (wagering) requirements of the promotional bonus issued, the bonus balance is decreased in increments of 10 and added to the Cash Balance.
2.3	Forfeit of Bonus Balance
2.3.1	In the event that a player makes a withdrawal at any time, the Bonus Balance shall be reset to zero. This means that if you withdraw any portion of your Cash Balance and you still have a Bonus Balance, your remaining Bonus Balance shall be forfeited.
2.3.2	Should a player make any transfer to another product (i.e. Casino or Poker), any Bonus Balance remaining in the account shall be forfeited.
2.3.3	If a player does not want a bonus that has been credited into their account, then the player is entitled to request a reversal of such bonus from Customer Service, by means of E-mail, Live Chat or telephonic correspondence. If any bets have been placed using any part of the bonus, the bonus cannot be removed from the account (either by means of a withdrawal or a request to Customer Service) until the full turnover (wagering) requirements for the bonus have been met.
2.3.4	Bonuses that have not been converted into the Cash Balance within 90 days of being issued shall be forfeited.

3. Irregular Play
3.1	Before any withdrawals are processed, play will be reviewed for any irregular betting patterns e.g. placing of equal or zero margin bets, or hedge betting, which all shall be considered irregular wagering for bonus wagering requirements. Other examples of irregular betting for wagering requirements include, but are not limited to, placing single bets using the entire (or majority) of your account balance on a single bet, where the majority of that balance is made up of bonus balance.
3.2	The Sportsbook shall reserve the right to decide at its sole discretion which activities constitute "irregular bets" for bonus wagering requirement purposes, and may at any time withhold any withdrawals where irregular play has occurred in order to meet wagering requirements.

4. Minimum Deposits
4.1	No withdrawals will be allowed under any circumstances, nor will any promotional offers be honoured, until such time as a minimum deposit of £10 (€15/$20) is made and any subsequent deposit bonus is played through fully.
4.2	Any transfers from another product (i.e. Casino or Poker) shall not constitute a qualifying deposit for the purpose of meeting the minimum deposit requirements herein.

5. Bonus Limits
5.1	Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses shall be set to a maximum per player of:
	5.1.1	£200 Pounds Sterling
	5.1.2	€240 Euros
	5.1.3	$380 Canadian Dollars
	5.1.4	$475 Australian Dollars
	5.1.5	$300 US Dollars

6. New Player Bonuses
6.1	New Player bonuses and offers shall only be applicable to first time depositors at the Sportsbook.
6.2	After fulfilling the total turnover requirements on your New Player Bonus, you can withdraw from your Cash Balance at any time. Withdrawals made prior to the fulfilment of this turnover requirement shall result in the Bonus Balance and any winnings credited to the Cash Balance being forfeited.

7. Claiming Bonuses and Offers
7.1	Unless otherwise specified, all promotional bonuses and offers must be claimed by entering the respective promotional bonus code as follows:
	7.1.1	On the Join page for all New Player Bonuses;
	7.1.2	On the Deposit page for all Reload and Deposit Bonuses; and
	7.1.3	On the My Account page for all other bonuses.

8. Amendments
8.1	The Sportsbook reserves the right at any time, exercisable in its sole discretion, to discontinue, modify or cancel any promotional offer for any reason whatsoever and without prior notice.

9. Disputes
9.1	The Sportsbook shall retain records of all promotions for a period of one (1) month from the date the final results of the promotion are determined.
9.2	The Sportsbook's Promotions Department will be the sole judge in respect of honouring any promotional bonus or offer.
9.3	Any disputes should be directed to the Promotions Department in writing at marketing@canbet.com .

10. Severability
10.1	Each promotional rule shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rule is found to be void, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effect.

Refer a Friend Rules
In these rules: "Referral" means any player which has been referred by the player; "Referrer" means any player who is referring another player ("referral")
1. Referrer Conditions
1.1	The Referrer must have deposited a minimum of £20 (€25).
1.2	The Referrer must have turned over (bet through) at least £40 (€50) and the bets must have been settled.
1.3	The referral account must have been active (have placed a bet) within the last 60 days.

2. Referral Conditions
2.1	The Referral must enter the Referrer’s Refer-a-Friend number when registering an account with the Sportsbook.
2.2	The Referral must have deposited a minimum of £20 (€25).
2.3	The Referral must have turned over (bet through) at least £40 (€50) and the bets must have been settled.
2.4	The referral must not have been referred by any other means to the Sportsbook.

3. Free Bets
3.1	Within 72 hours of the conditions of clauses 1 and 2 being met, the Referrer shall receive a £20 ( €25) free bet and the Referral will receive a £10 (€15) free bet.
3.2	Free Bet Promotional Rules apply.
