General Betting Rules
In these Terms & Conditions:
  • "Live Betting/In-Play" means placing a wager on an event that is currently in progress, these events are identified at the Sportsbook as being Live;
  • "Official Starting Time" is that time stated by the controlling body for the relevant event;
  • "Win Limits" includes all winnings derived from wagers placed by one individual or entity, or group deemed to be acting on behalf of any one individual or entity, on the individual events, regardless of whether the event is included as an element of a multiple, a group of multiples, or as a single wager;
  • "Novelty Bets" means bets on all non-sporting and racing events, including Entertainment and Election events;
  • "North American Sports" includes Baseball, American Football, Basketball and Hockey.
1. Right to Refuse and Limit a Bet
1.1 The Sportsbook reserves the right to decline, or limit, any bet that a player wished to place.
1.2 No bet stands until such time as:
1.2.1.1 The telephone operator has called it back to you and you have confirmed it; for such bets the bet will stand as called by the operator.
1.2.1.2 You have received a bet confirmation number after your bet is processed through our website.
1.3 In the event that a telephone bet has been placed, and the operator has called it back to you, and you have not amended the details of the bet, the bet shall stand as read back to you by the operator.
2. Conditions of Placing a Bet
2.1 Bets can only be made via the telephone or on the Internet.
2.2 Bets will generally be accepted up to the official starting time of an event, unless stated otherwise. A bet is deemed void (even if accepted) if it is submitted after the official starting time of an event, unless it is a Live In-Play bet.
2.3 In the case of a Live In-Play event which commences before the scheduled time, only wagers before the start of the game will be considered valid.
2.4 For all North American Sports and Soccer, all events must be played in the scheduled day unless otherwise specified. For postponed or abandoned games, all bets shall be deemed void and all stakes returned. For all other sports, unless otherwise specified, events who are abandoned or whose start time is postponed and then rescheduled to a time more than 48 hours after the original start time, all bets will automatically be deemed void and all stakes returned.
2.5 If a bet is void at any time, affected multiple bets will be recalculated excluding that leg.
2.6 The winner of an event or game shall be determined on the date of the event’s conclusion in accordance to the Sportsbook wagering rules and regulations. The Sportsbook shall not recognize suspended games, protests or overturned decisions for wagering purposes.
2.7 Unless otherwise stipulated, all contests that involve a predetermined time of play must play to their conclusion or have five (5) minutes or less of scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official by the Sportsbook.
2.8 Unless otherwise stated, overtime periods shall be counted by the Sportsbook as follows:
2.8.1 On all Under/Over (totals) bets, overtime periods shall be counted by the Sportsbook in the final score.
2.8.2 On all half-time wagers, overtime periods shall be counted by the Sportsbook as included in the second half.
2.9 Unless otherwise stated, in instances where a match is called off while in progress, or the outcome is postponed to a later date, the official result, if any, declared by the Sporting Event’s Controlling Body will be used to determine the settlement of wagers placed on the outcome of an event. Any events that have been decided prior to the calling off or postponement of the event shall stand.
2.10 Dead Heats and/or Draws. In any competition where the draw is not offered as an explicit 3 way option (excluding North American Sports, Golfing Head to Heads, Boxing and Basketball) any bets placed on a drawn event shall be resulted in accordance with dead heat rules:
2.10.1 Full face value of the ticket (stake + payout) divided by the number of the deadheat count. For example, a bet on England vs. Australia in Rugby Union, £100 England @ 1.90 would return £95.
2.10.2 Dead heats or Draws in North American Sports, Boxing and Basketball will be deemed to be a "push" (full refund of stake).
2.11 Multiple bets shall not be accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another. If a client inadvertently or deliberately takes a related contingency in a multiple bet, the bet shall be deemed void, and the stakes returned.
2.11.1 Any multiple made up of more than one selection from the same event shall be deemed a related contingency, with the exception of bets placed on North American Sports where sides and totals make up a multiple bet.
2.11.2 Any multiple involving the same team or its players, or the same selection will be deemed a related contingency.
2.11.3 Parlays may not include run line into totals within the same Baseball game.
2.12 In the event of an event being offered for which we do not currently have specific rules, we will undertake to provide relevant trading terms and conditions in our Rules of Play at that time. Until such time as the relevant rules of play have been updated, or in the event that specific rules of play are not provided, Las Vegas Rules shall apply.
2.13 Outright/Futures Betting. All bets shall be deemed "all in", as such, no refund shall be given if a selection does not participate.
3. Cancellation of a Bet
3.1 No bet may be cancelled, changed, or modified by the Player, in any way or form, once it is has been received and accepted by the Sportsbook.
3.1.1 In the case of a bet placed via the telephone, the responsibility to verify that the bet details are correct resides with the player, and unless advised by the player otherwise at the time of the bet confirmation, you will be deemed to have accepted the bet as repeated back to you by the operator.
3.1.2 In the case of a bet placed via the Internet, the responsibility to verify that the bet details are correct prior to the submission of a bet resides with the player; it is recommended that players print a copy of their confirmation betting ticket for their own records.
3.2 In the event that a line or price is put up in obvious error due to a human error by an employee, any customer wagers entered to take advantage of such error will be void.
3.3 In the event of a system malfunction, all bets are void.
3.4 The Sportsbook reserves the right to refuse any wagers prior to its acceptance.
3.5 The Sportsbook shall keep a record of all point-spreads, odds, final scores, and related betting proposition statistics for the protection of both the player and the Sportsbook in case of obvious mechanical or human error.
4. Bet Limits and Payout Limits
4.1 Individual bet limits may be determined on a bet-by-bet basis by the Sportsbook.
4.2 Minimum and maximum wagers on all sporting events will be determined by the Sportsbook.
4.3 Notwithstanding any other rule, the maximum payout on any individual, multiple or combination bet, or to any one individual on any one day, is limited to US$400,000, unless otherwise negotiated with the Sportsbook.
4.4 In addition to the limit specific in point 4.3, daily win limits apply to specific events unless otherwise negotiated with the Sportsbook.
4.4.1 The win limit shall be applicable to any one individual or entity, or group deemed to be acting on behalf of any one individual or entity, and shall be as follows:
4.4.1.1 Horse Racing Singles:
  • £25,000 for all Horse Racing events held in Great Britain
  • £8,000 for all Horse Racing events held in Ireland at The Curragh, Fairyhouse, Galway, Leopardstown, Nass, Navan or Punchestown
  • £4,000 for all other Horse Racing events held in Ireland
  • £125,000 for all Horse Racing events held in Hong Kong
  • £5,000 for all other Horse Racing events excluding Singapore, Australia and New Zealand (refer to Rule 15.2.11 under Rules of Play).
4.4.1.2 Horse Racing Exotics:
  • £7,000 for all Horse Racing events held in Great Britain
  • £5,000 for all Horse Racing events held in Ireland
  • £50,000 for all Horse Racing events held in Hong Kong
  • £5,000 for all other Horse Racing events excluding Australia and New Zealand (refer to Rule 15.2.11 under Rules of Play).
4.4.1.3 Greyhounds Singles:
  • £5,000 for all Greyhound Racing events held in Great Britain
4.4.1.4 Greyhounds Exotics:
  • £3,500 for all Greyhound Racing events held in Great Britain
4.4.1.5 Soccer
  • £100,000 for English Premier League, Bundesliga, Spanish La Liga and Serie A
  • 30,000 for all other leagues
4.4.1.6 Cricket, Tennis, NFL, NBA, AFL, NRL and Golf (outright winner):
  • £100,000 for all events
4.4.1.7 Rugby Union
  • £50,000 for all events
4.4.1.8 Motor Sport
  • £15,000 for all events
4.4.1.9 Novelty Bets
  • £10,000 for all events
5. Live In-Play Betting Rules
5.1 For the following types of Live In-Play bets, the following scoring systems shall apply:
  • Soccer Asian Handicap
  • Baseball Run Lines
  • American Football Points Spread
  • Basketball Points Spread
5.1.1 Type A Scoring
5.1.1.1 Applies where current scores or results are updated and displayed on the website.
5.1.1.2 The settlement of a bet shall be determined by the result of the final score (including the handicap) at the conclusion of the Match or Period Betting (whichever is applicable dependant on the nature of the bet), minus the correct score at the tie of placing and acceptance of the bet.
5.1.2 Type B Scoring
5.1.2.1 Applies where current scores or results are not updated and displayed on the website (and instead a 0-0 or no (i.e. blank) result or score may be displayed).
5.1.2.2 The settlement of a bet shall be determined bu the result of the final score (including the handicap) at the conclusion of the Match or Period Betting (whichever is applicable dependant on the nature of the bet), minus the correct scoreat the tie of placing and acceptance of the bet.
5.2 It is the sole responsibility of the player to verify the match status, type of scoring system that will be applicable, status of a match, and score displayed, prior to the placement of a bet.
5.3 Depending on the specific sport, selected markets may be offered for betting at the sole discretion of the Sportsbook.
5.4 The Sportsbook does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if it is not possible to place a bet or if the live score update is incorrect. It is the final score at the conclusion of the match that is valid.
5.5 Any information, statistic or editorial text ( e.g. scores, timers or results) displayed on the website during or prior to a Live Betting/In-Play game is purely for general information purposes and should not be relied upon for betting purposes.
5.6 As with non-live bets, the winner of an event will be determined at the conclusion of the event.
5.7 The Sportsbook reserves the right to suspend a market or not accept bets at anytime without notice. When a market is suspended any bets placed for that market but prior to being accepted by the Sportsbook may be rejected at the Sportsbook’s discretion. Any bets accepted prior to suspension or cessation of the live market will stand (subjects to these terms & conditions), while any bets placed after live betting has ceased will not be accepted unless otherwise stated in the Specific Sports Rules.
5.8 During Live Betting/In-Play betting, bets will be placed in pending mode during specific high risk/danger movement in a match.
5.8.1 Such bets shall be indicated as "Pending" on each bet slip until such time as the bet is accepted or rejected by the Sportsbook.
5.8.2 High Risk/Danger moments shall include, but may not be limited to:
5.8.2.1 Corner Kicks;
5.8.2.2 Penalty Kicks;
5.8.2.3 Free kick awarded to attacking team near the opponent's penalty box area;
5.8.2.4 Throw in given to attacking team near the opponent's penalty box area;
5.8.2.5 Whenever a team is in a potential scoring scenario as in an active attacking mode.
5.8.3 All bets on Asian Handicap, Run Line, Points Spread and Over/Under that are in Pending mode (other than bets on Total Bookings, Total Corners, Total Offsides, Total Substitutions and/or bets which do not have an effect on the overall result of the match) will be cancelled if one of the following occurs:
5.8.3.1 A goal is scored; or
5.8.3.2 A player is sent off.
5.8.4 All other bets such as Total Bookings, Total Corners, Total Offsides, Total Substitutions and/or bets which do not have an effect on the overall result of the match may be accepted at the Sportsbook’s discretion
5.9 The Sportsbook at its sole discretion shall determine the time in which any goal or point was scored. References as to the time of goal(s) or points scored as stated in official league/club website, media website or "live score" website may be considered for guidance purposes but shall not be binding on the Sportsbook in its determination of time.
5.10 Where the Sportsbook has reason to believe or suspect that a Live betting/In-Play bet has been placed after the outcome of a live event is known or if delayed "live" television coverage results in a live bet being placed at the incorrect price after the selected participant has gained an advantage (to be determined at the Sportsbooks sole discretion), the Sportsbook shall be entitled to treat the bet as void without having to provide any reason whatsoever.
5.11 In the event of any technical malfunction, including the crashing of its website or suffers any downtime which hinders, delays or prevents the Sportsbook from accessing its website to update the score, odds or handicap, the Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel all pending bets placed at the time of the incident.
5.12 With regard to live betting, the general rules concerning results' evaluation apply. Where a live event is interrupted in the course of play, causing the event to be postponed or abandoned, any bets taken on such postponed or abandoned events that are not restarted within 12 hours from the event commencement time (unless specifically provided for in a particular sports' betting rule) shall be void. The exception shall be for bets which have been unconditionally determined before the actual interruption of play. In such circumstances, such bets will be valid.
