  1. Select the Tools menu on your browser, and select Internet Options.
  1. On the Internet Options screen, select the Security tab.

  1. Click the Custom Level... button.
  1. Scroll down to the Scripting section of the Security Settings dialog, and select the Enable radio button under Active Scripting.

  1. Click OK to close the Security Settings dialog.
  1. Shut down the IE window and retest.

  1. Shut down the Firefox window and retest.
