I have a bonus code where do I enter it?
For new members: if joining for the first time you may enter your bonus code on the registration page of the website. Or enter the code when you make first deposit on Deposit page.
For existing members: Once a registered player you simply enter the relevant promotional codes on the My Account page or on the Deposit page when funding your account.
Why have I not received my bonus?
In order to receive your bonus, you are required to wager (bet through) your initial deposit once in full (x1) as stated in bonus terms and conditions. Once you have met these requirement and the events (or bets) have been settled your bonus will be credited to your account within 24 hours.

Must I verify my account?

How do I fund my Canbet account?

| Withdrawal Policy
When will my withdrawal be processed?
Your withdrawal will not be deducted from your account balance until such time as the withdrawal request is processed. During this time, you will still be able to use your balance to bet with.
Withdrawals will remain on hold for a period of approximately 48 hours (pending period), thereafter please allow 1-3 business days for the funds to be processed.
If you request a withdrawal, but change your mind within the pending period, you can reverse your withdrawal and continue betting.
